This session will focus on three of these pilots, showcasing how GS1 standards are being leveraged to structure, identify, and share product data across industries — ensuring interoperability, scalability, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
Get a closer look at how it plays out in practice:
- Textiles: Kezzler will demonstrate how Connected Product Management at item level can simultaneously support circular business models and the EU DPP. Using GS1 identifiers and Digital Link, both SMEs and large players can increase transparency, enable new models for reuse, and engage consumers.
- Tyres: GDSO and REGOM will present how RFID technology combined with GS1 serialised identifiers facilitates reuse, retreading, and recycling while looking at the future regulatory compliance.
- Construction products: Cobuilder will illustrate how structured data and digital continuity through the value chain can supports traceability, compliance with the revised CPR (Construction Products Regulation), and the transition to circular material flows — covering two scenarios: products made to stock and products made to order.
The session will highlight practical learnings from these pilots, demonstrate how GS1 global standards enable consistency across diverse sectors, and open the floor for discussions.
